Suomi Cup is the Finnish national championship tournament. In 2013 it was a series of double-headers held around the country culminating in a final event. This patch was for the finals. It is unclear if it was given to officials and skaters, available at the merch table, or what. The text says "Skurul Böölee, Stadist blosaa!". Skuru means tram, hence the picture. I don't know what the rest means. This event was hosted by Helsinki Roller Derby.
