The "head" patch is reserved for divisional head officials who oversee games for part of a tier (division). Sort of a crew head or tournament head official, but on more of a regional and seasonal basis.

2. Email me with your comments, corrections, bug reports, suggestions, pictures, etc. You can also message me on Facebook.
3. Donate extra patches. This website (and the database of patches) required more than a hundred hours to build and the website costs money to run.
