This event was hosted by Go-Go Gent Roller Derby. This patch was supposed to be for the referees, but an error with the manufacturer caused them to say NSO instead. It was ultimately given out to the NSOs in addition to their other NSO patch from 2016. Referees were promised a replacement patch, but I'm told it never happened.
