Shitty City Rollers is currently known as Oulu Roller Derby, although their charter team retains the original name. The patch has an interesting story behind it. The character on skates is a potato... probably. It could also be a piece of shit (see the league name above), although I don't think so. It's thinking of a bloody piece of meat with the words "fresh meat" written on it. "Rössyt" is the collective name for their fresh meat skaters. Rössy (short for Rössypottu) is a traditional dish from the Oulu region made of bloody gelato, meat, and potatoes. It is unclear if fresh meat skaters are given this patch or whether it's for fresh meat graduates.
