One of the most difficult questions raised by this website is a simple one: what is a patch? There were eight or nine methods of patch production found on this website, with this being a new one. This appears to be a hand-cut canvas (not even dosed with fray-check to keep the edges neat) on which appears to be a printed drawing. A close look at the picture reveals the colors don't stay between the lines, making me wonder if it was hand-colored. There's nothing else on the website like it, and I'm unsure how this patch will survive the test of time. It's interesting though and worth being remembered, hence its inclusion here.
